Phase 1: Getting to Know You


This phase allows our team to get to know your business and people. We do this by facilitating workshops, interviews and office/site/warehouse tours. Each project is tailored to our customers needs and will be right-sized accordingly. Some tasks/deliverable are as follows:

  • Faciliate Business Process Mapping Sessions (including an Analysis)

  • Provide Process Improvement Recommendations

  • Facilitate Interviews and Workshops

  • Create Requirements Matrix Workbook

  • Identify different Vendor and Products

  • Create Procurement Plan and Request for Proposal (RFP) or Quote (RFQ)

Phase 2: Going to Market


This phase is where we "Go to Market" and reach out to specific vendors and partners. Our experience and relationships is where we add value and we  can streamline what would normally be a daunting process. Some tasks/deliverables include:

  • Distribute RFP and manage vendor inquiries

  • Review and summarize RFP responses

  • Create high level demo script for Vendors

  • Setup and facilitate demos

  • Perform consultant interviews as needed

  • Assist in further shortlisting and follow up with Vendors

  • Review and provide feedback on proposals/contracts

  • Assist as needed in final decision

Phase 3: Managing your Project


This phase is a natural progression for us from the prior 2 phases. We know your business and processes, we know your requirements, we generally know the product and or implementation partner and this knowledge allows us to be very efficient in managing your implementation. We will act as your internal project manager allowing you to focus on your business.  Some tasks include:

  • Creation of important project documents & other project planning activities

  • Actively manage the project (day-to-day activities)

  • Act a project stakeholder and provide oversight as needed
